INFORMATION COLLECTION

Monument Sculpture Award does not compile, purchase, sell, rent, or trade marketing lists containing personal contact details, including email lists. Personal information, including email addresses, is only recorded when subscribing to our eNews or contacting us.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT According to the Australian Copyright Act, sculptors retain copyright over their sculptures when temporarily installed in public places like Monument Sculpture Award. While photographs of these sculptures belong to the photographers, commercial use requires consent from the exhibiting artist.

Monument Sculpture Award has agreements with exhibiting sculptors to use images of their work for marketing purposes without charge or consent. However, commercial use requires discussion and agreement between the artist and Monument Sculpture Award.

Visitors to Monument Sculpture Award exhibitions must obtain prior consent from both the artist and Monument Sculpture Award for commercial use of sculpture images, including the sale of photographic work or merchandise.
