The copyright of images of sculptures displayed during Monument Sculpture Award exhibitions remains with the artist. Photographs of sculptures taken by photographers are also copyrighted. These images may not be used for commercial purposes without the artist’s and MSA's prior consent.

MSA holds an agreement with each exhibiting artist for the use of their work’s images for marketing purposes. Any commercial use of these images requires further discussions between MSA and the artist.

Visitors to the exhibition are not permitted to use images of sculptures commercially (e.g., for sale or merchandise) without obtaining prior consent from both the artist and MSA.
